  2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT?
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT will be processed the same day; those placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  3. WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
    We utilize Royal Mail for deliveries within the United Kingdom. The shipping method is selected based on the size and quantity of the items ordered to ensure prompt and safe delivery.

  4. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
    Our standard delivery time within the United Kingdom is 4–6 business days. Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes it within 1–2 business days, followed by picking, packing, and dispatching. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or technical issues.

  5. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  6. WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact Royal Mail with your tracking information to check the delivery status. Additionally, reach out to us at contact@genesissocks.com with your order details so we can assist in locating your package.

  7. WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ORDER?
    If your order arrives damaged, please initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery date. Document any visible damages with photographs and contact us at contact@genesissocks.com to facilitate a swift resolution.

  8. WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND ONCE I RETURN THE ITEM?
    After we authorize your return and receive the item at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  9. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY OF MY ITEM?
    All our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We cover any costs incurred due to quality issues during this period.

  10. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM YOU?
    We typically do not sell parts individually. However, if your order is within the 1-year warranty, we will provide replacement parts at no charge, subject to availability. For orders beyond the warranty period, please contact us to discuss available options.

  11. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  12. WILL AN INVOICE BE INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE?
